• • – Monitoring of the Contractor’s Works with regards to time, cost and quality
  • – Implementation of actions to address Contractor non-conformities
  • – Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports for Parent Company
  • – Assessment and processing of Contractor payments
  • – Management of Project Close Out, including compilation of project Close Out documentation
  • – Liaising with Statutory Bodies and other stakeholders to address potential issues
  • – Document control and processing
